Our therapists help couples work through communication problems, frequent conflict, emotional disconnection, trust issues, infidelity and affair recovery, intimacy challenges, sexual relationship concerns, parenting disagreements, life transitions, and relationship distress.

Our couples therapists use evidence-based and relationship-focused approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Restoration Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed therapy. Treatment is tailored to each couple’s unique needs and goals, whether you are hoping to improve communication, rebuild trust after an affair, strengthen emotional or physical intimacy, resolve recurring conflicts, or reconnect with your partner.

Sage Counseling Collective provides developmentally appropriate mental health therapy for children and teenagers experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, or family challenges. Our therapists work with children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, low self-esteem, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, school stress, social challenges, behavioral concerns, family changes, and major life transitions.

Our work with children is trauma-informed and neuro-diversity-affirming. Play Therapy helps children communicate their inner experiences through the use of toys and can provide a natural and developmentally appropriate way for children to express emotions, process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and build confidence. Depending on a child or teen’s needs, our therapists may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, expressive therapies, and other evidence-based interventions.

For teenagers, therapy provides a confidential, supportive space to explore anxiety, depression, stress, identity, relationships, self-esteem, school concerns, peer relationships, family conflict, and emotional well-being. We also provide parenting support and parent guidance to help caregivers better understand their child’s needs, strengthen communication, and support positive changes at home.

We also provide parenting support and parent guidance to help caregivers better understand their children’s needs and develop practical strategies for creating healthier family dynamics.

Heal from trauma.

Sage Counseling Collective offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for adults, children, teens and families experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, distressing memories, grief, and other difficult life experiences. EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy that can help people process distressing experiences and develop healthier emotional responses.

Our therapists provide trauma-informed EMDR therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are searching for an EMDR therapist near you, EMDR therapy for PTSD or trauma, or a therapist who specializes in trauma recovery, our team provides a warm, supportive environment throughout the therapeutic process.

A community of support.

Sage Counseling Collective offers therapist-led mental health groups and counseling groups designed to provide support, connection, and opportunities to build practical skills alongside others with shared experiences. Group therapy can be helpful for individuals working through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, social anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and other mental health concerns.

Our therapy groups may focus on coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, social connection, self-esteem, mindfulness, trauma recovery, and relationship skills. Groups are facilitated by qualified mental health professionals and are designed to provide a supportive, respectful environment where participants can learn from one another while developing new skills.

Group therapy can offer a unique opportunity to feel less alone, practice interpersonal skills, build confidence, develop healthier relationships, and connect with a supportive community. Group offerings vary throughout the year based on client needs and may include skills-based, process-oriented, specialty, and experiential therapy groups.
