It takes courage to seek help or to admit that you’re stuck after trying everything. I commend you for taking the first step. I’m a Master’s level Marriage, Couples, and Family program student intern at Sage Counselling Collective, and I hope to provide a safe space for you to find clarity, inner strength, support, and calm. I welcome individuals of all ages, couples, and families seeking to overcome life’s challenges and live wholesome lives. My primary focus is to help clients navigate through everyday stresses and developmental milestones as they deal with difficult decisions, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and challenges in parenting. I may use a combination of Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy when working with adults and Child-Centered Play Therapy when working with children. I am bilingual and offer services in both English and Russian.

In our sessions, I will use Emotion-Focused Therapy and Restoration Therapy, focusing on emotions, attachment, and connections that influence our thoughts, behavior, and relationship patterns. I may also use Sandtray Therapy, which can provide alternative avenues for self-expression through visual, tactile, or symbolic means without the pressure of finding the right words. When I work with children, I aim to support their inner curiosity, self-regulation capacity, and optimal development. By utilizing the natural medium of play, I plan to create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a manner that is both accessible and developmentally appropriate. I will help parents and caregivers set the foundation for their children’s growth and well-being by becoming their therapeutic agents.
